Lemon tutti-frutti
1 (255 g/9 oz) packet frozen lemon mousse, thawed
150 ml /1/4 pint /2/3 cup double cream
2 tablespoons /2 tablespoons/ 3 tablespoons lemon curd
25 gm /1 oz / 3 tablespoons sultanas, chopped
25 gm / 1 oz / 3 tablespoons dried mixed peel
1 tablespoon grand marnier or Curacao
Place the thawed mousse in a bowl, beat gently with a fork to make smooth. Whisk the cream until it stands in soft peaks and stir into the mousse with the remaining ingredients. Spoon into individual glasses and serve slightly chilled with russe biscuits
