Tipsy orange flip

juice of 2 orange

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 eggs,separated

3 tablespoons sherry

2 tablespoons sugar

2 cinnamon sticks

place the orange and lemon juices in the liquidiser with the egg yolks, sherry and sugar.switch on to a high speed and blend until well mixed.

place the egg whites in the mixer bowl and whisk until fairly stiff.fold into the blended mixture and serve immediately with a cinnamon stick in each glass.
