Spinach, capicum and fetta pizzas


4 whole meal pitta bread (18 cm round )


1/2 cup (125 ml) bottled tomato pasta sauce


2 cups (250g) grated pizza cheese


75 g baby spinach leaves


1 medium red capsicum (200 gm), sliced thinly


100 gm fetta, crumbled




1-  preheat oven to very hot (240/220 C fan-forced)

2-  Place pitta bread on oven trays, spread with sauce.

3-  Sprinkle half of the pizza cheese over pitta.top with spinach , capsicum and fetta , sprinkle with remaining pizza cheese

4-  Bake about 10 minutes or until browned.
