1 small banana
1/4 cup lime cordial
1 family brick vanilla ice cream
1 cup soda water
slices of lime or lemon to decorate
place the banana,lime cordial and half of the ice cream in the liquidiser.switch on to a medium speed and blend until smooth and frothy.
pour into glasses and float the remaining ice cream on top.top each glass up with soda water and serve with a lime or lemon slice on the rim of each glass
