2 thin-skinned lemons
50 gm sugar
3 tablespoons clear honey
600 ml water
slices of lemon to decorate
Roughly chop the lemons and place in the liquidiser with the sugar,honey and water , blend until mixed, then strain into a jug.serve chilled with a lemon slice on the rim of each glass.
