Grilled tuna with red cabbage salad

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

1 medium red onion (170 gm), sliced thinly

 

2 cups (160 gm) finely shredded red cabbage

 

2 cups (160 gm) shredded Chinese cabbage

 

1/4 cup (60 ml) cider vinegar

 

1 large green apple (200 gm), sliced thinly

 

1 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

 

4* 200 gm tuna steaks

 

 

1- Heat oil in wok or large frying pan; stir-fry onion and cabbages 2 minutes. Add vinegar; bring to a boil .boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in apple and parsley.

 

2- Meanwhile, cook fish on heated lightly oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired. Serve fish with warm cabbage salad.
