Ingredients

 

Frozen puff pastry, thawed

 

6 small tubs of vanilla pudding

 

Colorful candy of your choice

 

Method:

 

  1. reserve one third of the puff pastry dough and roll out remaining dough to fit a small pie tin
  2. Bake until golden brown
  3. Roll out reserved dough and cut into long strips and Bake
  4. Mix pudding and candy and fill pie shell.
  5. Arrange puff pastry strips over pie in a crisscross pattern.
