100 % polyester ,1.7 oz / 50g = 64 yd / 59 m, 1 ball of white (H)

 

Crochet hook size 1-9 us / 5.5 mm or size needed to obtain gauge.

NOTES: Wind one ball of each of the Microspun colors (Cherry Red, Lily White, Royal Blue, Purple, Turquoise, Lime, and Buttercup) into two balls, and use two strands of yarn throughout the stocking

To change color: Complete last sc of the rnd with next color in, work last sc by working as follows: insert hook in next st, yo and draw yarn through st, drop first color, yo with next color, draw yarn through 2 loops on hook, sl st in first sc to Join

big toe

NOTE: Work each toe separate­ly, then join them together while you crochet the body of the stocking.

With two strands of G, ch 2.

Rnd 1: 6 sc in the 2nd ch from hook, do not join, work in a spi­ral, place a marker in first st of rnd, move marker up as work progresses (6 sc).

Rnd 2: 2 Sc in each sc around (12 sc).

Rnds 3-7: Sc in each sc around (12 sc). At the end of Rnd 7, sl st to next sc to join. Fasten off.

little toe (make one each with e, d, e, and f)

With 2 strands of yarn held tog as one, ch 2.

Rnd 1: 6 sc in the 2nd ch from hook, do not join, work in a spi­ral, place a marker in first st of rnd, move marker up as work progresses (6 sc). .

Rnd 2: *2 sc in the next sc. sc in the next sc; rep from * around (9 sc).

Rnds 3-6: Sc in each sc around (9 sc). At the end of Rnd 6, sl st to next sc to join. Fasten off.

Rnd 1 (joining rnd): Join 2 strands A, in joining st in last rnd of C toe, ch 1, sc in same st, sc in each of next 4 sc. sc in joining st of D toe, sc in each of next 4 sc of D toe, sc in joining st of E toe, sc in each of next 4 sc of E toe, sc in joining st of F toe, sc in each of next 4 sc of F toe, sc in joining st of Big Toe, sc in each of next 11 sc of Big Toe, sc in same st as last st worked on F toe, sc in each of next 4 sc on F toe, sc in same st as last st worked on E toe, sc in each of next 4 sc on E toe, sc in same st as last st worked on D toe, sc in each of next 4 sc on D toe, sc in same st as last st worked on C toe, sc in each of next 4 sc on C toe, sl st to first sc to join (52 sc).

Rnds 2-4: Ch 1, sc in each sc around, sl st to next sc to join (52 sc). At end of last rnd, com­plete last st with C, fasten off A.

Rnds 5-74: Rep Rnd 2, working in the following color sequence: *2 rnds C, 2 rnds D, 2 rnds E, 2 rnds F, 2 rnds B, 4 rnds A; rep from * 4 times, Fasten off at end of Rnd 74.

Rnd 75: With WS facing, with 2 strands Band 1 strand H held together as one, join yarn in first sc. ch 1, sc in each sc around, sl,_st to next sc to join (52 sc).

Rnds 76-82: Ch 1, sc in each sc around, sl st to next sc to join (52 sc). Do not fasten off.

hanging loop

SI st to center st at back of Stocking, sc in center sc. ch 20, skip 1 sc on edge, sc in next sc. sl st in next st. turn, sc in each of next 20 ch, sl st in next sc. sl st in next sc in Rnd 82. Fasten off, Weave in ends.
